His new song “Houdini,” is apparently a single aimed at making his “career disappear.”
“Little baby devil with the forked tongue and it’s stickin’ out,” raps Eminem. “Still a white jerk pullin’ up in a Chrysler to the cypher with the Vics, Percs and a Bud Light shirt.” He later shouts out “If I was to ask for Megan Thee Stallion if she would collab with me/Would I really have a shot at a feat?/I don’t know, but I’m glad to be back like abra-abracadabra.”
In April, after an appearance at the 2024 NFL Draft in Detroit, Eminem announced that his upcoming new album — his first since 2020’s Music to Be Murdered By — would be titled The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grace).
Zach Bryan released his new single “Pink Skies” this past Friday, from his upcoming album “The Great American Bar Scene.” He described the album as having 16 songs and a poem, with a mood that combines “depressed and hopeful summer vacation.” Bryan hinted that the album will be released soon, saying on X, “I write and record music reckless and fast, just got the record finished so it’ll be dropped on someone’s head any day now.”
Billie Eilish is declaring that she can eat “that girl for lunch.”
HIT ME HARD AND SOFT has finally arrived, and with it comes her first single, LUNCH.
Check out the chorus:
I could eat that girl for lunch
Yeah, she dances on my tongue
Tastes like she might be the one
And I could never get enough
I could buy her so much stuff
It’s a craving, not a crush, huh
“Call me when you’re there”
Said, “I bought you somethin’ rare
And I left it under ‘Claire'”
So now, she’s comin’ up the stairs
So I’m pullin’ up a chair
And I’m puttin’ up my hair
It’s been a minute – but Ariana Grande released new music again (finally).
We are playing it all day on The Nassau Mix – and we have the official music video for “Yes, And?” here.
In the Madonna-esque house song, Grande tells critics she doesn’t care what they think, alluding to relationship rumors and body-shaming comments she was met with in the past year. “my tongue is sacred / I speak upon what I like / protected, sexy, discerning with my time,” she says in the song’s bridge.
Today, they released their new single, Waffle House, from their upcoming album, simply called, THE ALBUM, coming out May 12th.
“It was a last-minute addition,” Nick shared. “At first, it was a bit of a head-scratcher, but the more I listened to it, the more I loved it. I think it really encapsulates a moment in time for us. Musically it taps into some of my favorites: Doobie Brothers and Bee Gees, and others from that era. It’s a really, really, fun song. We can’t wait to play it live.”
